The small props available in Pilates Studios are widely available and add interest to any session. Many challenge proprioception and this challenge can both make the exercise easier or more challenging to the client or student.
During this course you will be asked to notice what you are experiencing while doing the familiar Pilates exercises in this new way.
In this course we will be using the following props: Foam Roller, Pilates Ring, Pilates Ball, Large Gym Ball, Resistance Bands and more.
This course is available for students who have completed Polestar Pilates Mat course or three or more modules of the Comprehensive Studio course.
